This residence would just be a breath of fresh air in the neighbourhood! Respectful to its surroundings, the building is organized with a collection of various screens and cubes. It has been designed to bring in maximum daylight and enable cross ventilation across all levels The balance between solid and transparent surfaces contrasts the clean lines on the façade beautifully. The elegant structure resides harmoniously within its urban context. The overall Intent was to design a façade in a contemporary style wherein the amalgamation of the mass and lighting together create drama.
